Twitter adds a click 'Follow' like Facebook

Twitter started to add a single click "follow" to third party sites like Facebook use it.

Button that Twitter launched today allows users to follow a particular Twitter account instantly without asking to visit the site or profile. The new button has an additional feature specific content to share with fans of the Twitter users.

By adding the Follow button to your website one can use Twitter to keep in touch with your audience and believe me this is a great feature, as stated by Twitter "The new button. "People who follow their own are much more likely to retweet and engage with their tweets, and several visits to your website."

Twitter has also released a tool that facilitates the configuration and adding the "Follow" for sites quickly and easily.

The twitter "follow" button works exactly as Facebook's "Like" button featuring similar function on that social network, by providing each and every content/news announced/published by a third party to users' news feeds.

The announcement follows last week renewed Twitter "follow" pages that users can view the latest tweets of users that an individual is pursuing. Previously, when users click on the tab next to an individual, would see only the user names and biographical information of people who are being followed.
